A few months ago Nick's sister, Camille, was found to have thyroid cancer. Today is her second surgery, and during the first surgery her left vocal nerve was damaged leaving her unable to sing, possibly forever, and she can barely talk. If her right vocal nerve is damaged during this surgery Camille may not be able to, without intervention, speak, swallow, or even breathe. We are praying and fasting for her and her surgeons today that everything will go well and her vocal nerve, as much as possible, will be free of the small little tumors so we can just nip that cancer thing in the bud and leave that vocal nerve untouched. If you have a spare moment, a prayer sent her way would be much appreciated.
