Adventures in Oatmeal
We've mentioned before that Alexa is eating oatmeal these days. As she's getting older she is getting more and more insistent on feeding herself - or at least trying. Here are some highlights from her recent attempts to get that yummy oatmeal into her mouth.

Rach- I had a dream last night and you were in it. Well, I had several dreams last night and you were in one...Anyway, you and Nick came to visit. You brought your daughter, of course. And she could TALK! You were sitting on the couch with her and telling her to say 'mama'. She did. I was so impressed and I was thinking, "Wow. Rachel is like, the best mom in the world! She must have been planning exactly how she wanted to teach her before she even got her! Awesome!" You also brought like, three refrigerator-sized boxes of luggage with you. If you ever come to visit again, bring Nick and Alexa with you- but keep your boxes at home.
