"Simplicity is the Ultimate Sophistication"

That is a quote from Leonardo DaVinci. If he is correct, which he must be because he's a scientist, then Nicholas and I live at the peak of sophistication! I think it is one of my new favorite quotes. Here are some more quotes on simplicity from complex minds, and photographs of simple things for some eye candy:

“Three Rules of Work: Out of clutter find simplicity; From discord find harmony; In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity.” -Albert Einstein

This little squirrel is either extremely brave or about to wet his fur.

“The simplest things are often the truest.” -Richard Bach, Author of Jonathan Livingston Seagull

“In character, in manner, in style, in all things, the supreme excellence is simplicity.” -Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

Our case worker, Kelly, serenading us with his mad harmonica skills!

“Simplicity is the final achievement. After one has played a vast quantity of notes and more notes, it is simplicity that emerges as the crowning reward of art.” -Fredric Chopin

What precious baby dolls!

“Simplicity is the glory of expression.” -Walt Whitman

Ice cream sandwich stickiness is pure simplistic bliss.

“There is a certain majesty in simplicity which is far above all the quaintness of wit.” -Alexander Pope
